Toaplan was a prominent arcade game developer during the 1980s and 1990s, significantly shaping the shoot 'em up genre. In the game Amusement Arcade Toaplan, players can immerse themselves in classic titles while designing and expanding their own arcade experience with various cabinets and other items.

Among the notable offerings is the original Truxton, alongside additional classic games available for purchase through in-app options. The collection features a total of 25 classic Toaplan titles, encompassing iconic shoot 'em ups, platformers, racing games, and beat 'em ups, including both Japanese and international versions (full list below).
